The adult and infantile sizes design present low profile of implant and flexible body with anatomical shape to contour the curvature of the cranium. The Neonatal size has no pumping chamber, as the design prioritizes low profile and minimum implant volume. Smart Pic Pressure and Temperature Monitor

With Smart Pic Pressure and Temperature Monitor, monitoring of intracranial pressure and temperature will be available. It will report the intracranial temperature value, the intracranial pressure value and curve, generating alarms when the limits of physiological values are exceeded, and also stores these values for history and trend responses. The Smart Pic Monitor can be used with hpbio intracranial catheters, which are part applied to the patient. Smart Catheter and Smart Pic Monitor must be interconnected by the PIC Catheter Extension Cable.
